Yoga

Yoga is a life-time practice that supports harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Through movement, breathing, mindful attention and meditation it helps develop strength, flexibility, inner balance, and emotional well-being.
My individual yoga coaching is designed to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and connected to yourself.
The focus of the practice is not performance, but awareness, presence, and self-connection. Each session encourages you to listen to your body, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and balance.

Classes may include:
gentle physical exercises and stretching
- breathing techniques (pranayama)
- relaxation and body awareness practices
- playful and mindful movement (asana flows)
Yoga can support you in many ways, including:
improving concentration and focus
- reducing stress and anxiety
- supporting emotional regulation
- strengthening the body and posture
- developing self-confidence and inner stability

For me, yoga is much more than a practice—it is a way of life. A way of being that permeates my everyday existence.
At one point in my journey, I devoted a year and a half to deeply integrating the aphorisms of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras into my subconscious mind. I learned the Sanskrit texts of the first two books by listening to a yogi chanting them. Each week, I focused on a single aphorism, repeating it throughout the day while observing the inner and outer changes it initiated within me. The experiences were remarkably profound, and I found myself witnessing what felt like “miracles” in my life almost every day.
My exploration of yoga has taken place on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels alike. I attended retreats led by Papp József, became familiar with the gentle and supportive approach of the Nalini Women’s Yoga system, and also practiced Iyengar Yoga in the classes of Cseh Zsuzsa. Since one of the fundamental aims of yoga is to calm the mind and develop the ability to direct attention, meditation has remained an integral part of my daily life ever since.
